On the desk today, we have an Equipe Swivel Recovery Ring. These are designed to be mounted to your bumper with an 1-3/8" hole, and are super easy to install. They will mount to any bumper maximum of 1/4" thick, and allow the tow hook to swivel to any direction needed for recovery.
